During busy periods, limited drops, pre-orders, or high-demand releases, processing times may take longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate.

3. Print-on-Demand and Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be print-on-demand or made-to-order. This means the item is produced after your order is placed.

Print-on-demand and made-to-order items are usually processed within 2–5 business days, unless stated otherwise.

During busy periods, production may take longer.

4. Pre-Orders

Some products may be sold as pre-orders.

Pre-order items may have longer production and shipping times. Estimated dates will be shown on the product page where possible.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that the item may not be shipped immediately.

5. UK Shipping

UK orders are shipped using trusted courier or postal services.

Delivery times may vary depending on the service used and your location.

6. US and International Shipping

The Legacy Club may ship to the United States and other international locations.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges that may apply.

The Legacy Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import checks, local courier delays, or unpaid customs fees.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, weight, and available delivery options.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer may be subject to conditions, minimum order values, or specific locations.

8. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

The Legacy Club is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

9. Lost, Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at:

10. Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with proof.

  • Photos of the packaging
  • A clear explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and our Refund Policy.

11. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, especially if products are supplied from different fulfilment partners, print-on-demand suppliers, or warehouses.

You may receive more than one tracking number.
