Print-on-Demand Products
Some products sold by The Legacy Club may be produced using print-on-demand, meaning the item is printed or made specifically after your order is placed.
Because print-on-demand items are created especially for each customer, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for print-on-demand items due to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Incorrect colour selected
- Customer ordering error
- Item no longer wanted
- Delivery delays outside our control
If your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
You must contact us as soon as possible and provide clear proof, including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect print
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Refund note:
Returns are accepted on eligible unworn items in line with our Refund Policy. Print-on-demand, made-to-order, custom, limited drop, and final sale items are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Proof may be required.
